It borders on the Bradfield Highway and leads to the Sydney Harbour Bridge. At the 1850s sandstone warehouse you come across The Rocks Discovery Museum and good opportunity to learn the story of The Rocks since the era of pre-European days. It houses good collection of images and exhibits audio and visual elements to bring past story alive.

You can know from here the traditional landowners, about the English colony, the whalers, the traders who made home there, and also the 1970s union-led protests.

On every Saturday and Sunday The Rocks Markets offer more than shopping between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. You can collect fashion and accessories from over 200 electric stalls here.
